Education  

ISA Express education is available through a variety of workshops, seminars and classes utilizing multiple media resources.  On-going education is essential to ensure the security plan implemented is current and incorporates all modifications to date.   Training must occur throughout all levels of the organization and be focused on the issues pertinent to each management level. 

Senior management must be educated on the importance of information security.  Executive training done effectively will ensure funding and resources for a comprehensive information security strategy are always available.  Mid-management must incorporate information security practice standards into overall employee evaluations.  All staff must be educated on their organization’s security policies and procedures.  Potential ramifications if the outlined steps are not closely adhered to in daily operations must also be communicated.
